The Growth Groups Ministry Team at Wellspring Church is dedicated to fostering deeper connections and spiritual growth within our congregation. Our purpose is to create small group communities where members can build authentic relationships, explore God’s Word together, and support one another through life’s joys and challenges. We believe that growing in faith happens best in community, so we aim to make Growth Groups a place of encouragement, accountability, and mutual care.

Through regular gatherings, study, prayer, and shared experiences, the Growth Groups Ministry Team supports group leaders and participants in cultivating vibrant, Christ-centered relationships. Our team is committed to equipping leaders with resources and training to facilitate meaningful discussions and spiritual development within each group.
