This is the start of our sermon series on Paul’s letter to the Romans. Romans 1:1–7 is the text for the sermon and the focus is on the gospel as not only a thing, but also—and more importantly—a Person. To be a Christian is not just to be one whose status has changed from guilty to innocent, but one who is in a dynamic, living relationship with Jesus.
