Overview
Session 4, Facilitating Group Discipleship, provides practical guidance for leading spiritually formative group environments. This session equips leaders to foster trust, encourage participation, manage group dynamics, and guide discussions that lead to transformation—not just information.
Primary Learning Outcomes

- Develop Skills for Leading Spiritually Formative Group Discussions. Participants will gain tools for asking good questions, facilitating meaningful conversation, and connecting biblical content to daily life.
- Learn to Navigate Group Dynamics with Wisdom and Grace. Learners will be equipped to handle common group challenges—such as disengagement, dominance, or conflict—while maintaining a healthy, Christ-centered environment.
