Wednesday's Word
Wellspring,
How thankful I am for our potluck last Sunday…that was as fun as it was delicious! Thank you all for being a part of that special event, and for our fantastic hospitality team!
I know the holidays often come with bittersweet moments and memories. It’s why we are studying Isaiah, both Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings: it gives us such a picture of redemption and hope! It points us to the coming of Jesus, and the glorious future that He has opened up for us. It not only addresses personal forgiveness, but also cosmic renewal. Our Wounded Healer is not only redeeming sinners, but is also restoring our world!
May our study of Isaiah help us treasure Christ…the true gift of Christmas.
See you tonight,
Pastor Matt
