Wednesday's Word
Dear Wellspring,
What a joy it was to gather this past Sunday and open the Scriptures together! In Isaiah 6, we were reminded of a hope so powerful that it reaches into the deepest places of our lives and changes us—not because we are strong, but because God is unmatched in His holiness and power.
When Isaiah encountered the Lord, he was transformed. The same God still meets us today—cleansing, freeing, and sending us out in His strength. That means real change is possible. We truly can forgive. We can extend mercy and show kindness when it’s hard. We can overcome the patterns and fears that have held us back. We can live in freedom from the guilt and power of sin. Not by our own resolve, but by His grace.
My prayer is that we would continue to lean into that hope—expectant that God is at work in us, through us, and among us.
Thankful to walk this journey with you,
Pastor Matt
