Trinity Sunday graphic: One God, Three Persons

May 31, 2026

Trinity Sunday is a time in the life of the church when we pause to celebrate and reflect on the mystery and beauty of who God has revealed Himself to be—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Christians confess that there is one God who exists eternally in three persons, perfectly united in love, purpose, and glory. This is not an abstract idea reserved for theologians, but the very heart of the Christian faith. Everything we believe about salvation, worship, and the Christian life flows from the reality of the Triune God.

On Trinity Sunday, we are reminded that we are invited into relationship with this God. The Father loves us and sends the Son. The Son redeems us through His life, death, and resurrection. The Holy Spirit dwells within us, leading, empowering, and transforming us day by day. To know God as Trinity is to experience the fullness of His grace—being drawn into the life of God Himself and into the community of His people.

As we gather for worship, Trinity Sunday calls us not only to deeper understanding, but to deeper devotion. We worship the Father through the Son in the power of the Spirit, and we are sent into the world bearing His name. Whether you are exploring faith or have followed Jesus for years, this is an invitation to know God more fully and to live more deeply in His love.
