Wellspring Church is currently seeking a part-time Music Minister to help lead and develop the musical life of our congregation. This role is an important part of our mission to create worship gatherings that are Christ-centered, spiritually meaningful, and accessible for people exploring faith.
The Music Minister will work closely with the pastor and worship ministry team to cultivate worship that is both reverent and vibrant. This includes coordinating musicians and vocalists, helping plan music for Sunday services, and fostering a culture of participation, excellence, and spiritual growth within the worship team.
We are looking for someone who loves the local church, has a heart for worship, and is gifted in leading people musically and spiritually. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with volunteers, encourage developing musicians, and help create an atmosphere where the congregation can encounter God through worship.
This is a part-time position.
