Wellspring Board and Advisory Council
- Wellspring Board. The Wellspring Board provides spiritual oversight, governance, and strategic leadership for the church. Working alongside the pastor and ministry teams, the Board helps steward the mission, vision, and resources of Wellspring Church to support healthy ministry and faithful growth. Committees
- Finance Committee. The Wellspring Finance Committee oversees the financial health and stewardship of the church. The committee works with leadership to manage budgeting, giving, and financial planning in support of Wellspring’s mission and transparent, responsible ministry operations.
- Strategic Planning Committee. The Wellspring Strategic Planning Committee helps guide the long-term vision and direction of the church. Working with leadership, the committee supports prayerful planning, ministry development, and alignment with Wellspring’s mission and future priorities.
- Trustees (Building and Facilities). The Wellspring Trustees oversee the care, maintenance, and improvement of church buildings and grounds. The committee helps ensure that facilities are safe, welcoming, and supportive of worship, ministry, and community life.
- Decor Committee. The Wellspring Decor Committee helps create a welcoming and meaningful environment for worship and events. The team supports church ministries by shaping spaces that reflect warmth, simplicity, and the spirit of the season.
- Security Team. The Wellspring Security Team works to provide a safe and secure environment for worship, events, and church activities. The team supports a culture of safety through preparedness, presence, and care for the congregation and guests.
Ministry Teams

- Hospitality Team. The Wellspring Hospitality Team helps create a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the doors. The team serves by greeting guests, assisting newcomers, and helping people feel at home at Wellspring Church.

- Missions Team. The Wellspring Missions Team supports domestic and international outreach efforts. The team helps equip the church to serve locally and globally through prayer, giving, and hands-on mission partnerships.
- Evangelism and Discipleship Team. The Wellspring Evangelism & Discipleship Team helps equip the church for gospel outreach and spiritual growth. The team supports intentional discipleship, faith formation, and inviting others into life with Christ.
- Growth Groups. The Wellspring Growth Groups Team supports small groups and Bible studies across the church. The team helps foster spiritual formation, meaningful relationships, and growth in faith through community.
- Wellspring Kids. The Wellspring Kids Ministry Team partners with families to teach children God’s Word and nurture faith in a safe, joyful, and Christ-centered environment.
- Wellspring Student Ministry. The Wellspring Student Ministry Team serves middle school and high school students through teaching, mentoring, and community. The team helps students grow in faith and develop a lasting relationship with Christ.
- Marketing Team. The Wellspring Marketing Team supports communication and outreach through digital platforms, design, and messaging. The team helps share the church’s story and connect people to Wellspring’s ministries and events.
